4. Site plans & blueprints where possible
5. CC&Rs and/or By Laws relating to insurance requirements
6. Current loss data history and documentation
7. 20 Pages containing hundreds of questions for the underwriter to complete

Final Report (5-10 Pages)

The final report is generated from the responses of the carriers to the bid spec questions.

1. Summary with scores from all the bidders
2. Detailed section for each Coverage Type with matrix of feature options comparison between all bids
